The problem we solve: enterprises are deploying AI into decisions where being confidently wrong is catastrophic, leading to failed audits, regulatory penalties, clinical and financial liability. Two failures block adoption, and we've heard both, unprompted, across dozens of conversations with regulated-industry leaders: First, they can't trust AI outputs. Today's AI produces fluent, confident answers that are sometimes wrong and doesn't flag when it lacks the evidence to be confident.
