When you use the Networking Interest or Contact forms on this site, we collect the information you submit — such as your name, email, organization, role, country, attendee type, interest areas, and any message you send. We also record the timestamp of your consent, the consent language you accepted, and the source form.

Why we collect it

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, coordinate networking and introductions at ALL IN 2026, and — with your optional opt-in — send you relevant follow-up communications about the Atlantic AI Trade Mission and Atlantic Canadian AI ecosystem updates.

Who may receive it

Your information may be shared with the trade mission partners supporting this delegation (Digital Nova Scotia, Invest Nova Scotia, Opportunities New Brunswick, Innovation PEI, and the Government of Newfoundland & Labrador) where appropriate to help facilitate the introduction or follow-up you requested.

Retention

We retain form submissions for as long as necessary to support this trade mission and related follow-up, and no longer than required by applicable law.
